Job summary

Placements24 seeks an Online Course Facilitator to lead professional development for teachers in a fully remote role. You will guide educators, deliver feedback, and ensure course objectives are met, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Education with at least 3 years’ experience in online teaching or teacher training, and a strong grasp of adult learning principles and online pedagogy. Remote work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Education or related field
Minimum 3 years in teaching or teacher training
Experience facilitating online courses or adult learning programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management for remote work

Responsibilities

Facilitate online learning modules and engage participants through discussions and activities
Provide timely, constructive feedback on assignments and projects
Monitor progress and engagement, offering proactive support
Answer participant queries and foster a positive learning community
Contribute to ongoing improvement of course content and delivery methods
