iDEAL HIRE is seeking a PLC Coach to join our client’s Memphis-based education team. This on-site role supports school improvement initiatives, teacher professional growth, and high-quality instructional practices that prepare students for college and careers.

The role requires a Tennessee teaching license with endorsement, a minimum of 5 years classroom experience, and a strong ability to lead, organize, and communicate with school leaders.

Qualifications

• Requires state-appropriate teaching license with endorsement.
• Proven knowledge of effective instruction, curriculum, and assessment principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school leadership to identify priorities and develop targeted improvement strategies.
• Observe classroom instruction, provide feedback, and model best practices for teachers.
• Facilitate professional development sessions and assist teacher teams in designing and implementing effective instructional practices.
• Support teams in creating and analyzing assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
• Help develop and sustain school-wide curricula, standards, and intervention pyramids aligned with state and federal expectations.
• Support data collection and reporting efforts to monitor progress toward school improvement goals.
• Build positive, collaborative relationships with school staff to foster a culture of growth and excellence.
