Job summary

EdConnective is seeking an Education Consultant to partner with school systems nationwide. The role focuses on instructional improvement, leadership development, and strategic planning to improve teaching and student outcomes.

This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours based on project needs and availability. You will design and implement high-impact initiatives, facilitate PLCs, and collaborate with district leaders to deliver practical, evidence-based guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in K-12 education with demonstrated impact on educator outcomes.
• Experience in leadership roles such as district/school administrator or instructional coach.
• Proven success in instructional improvement and large-scale initiatives.
• Advising school/district leaders and facilitating strategic planning.
• Experience designing and leading professional learning for educators.
• Strong written and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to district and school leaders on instructional improvement and org initiatives.
• Partner with education leaders to design and evaluate high-impact initiatives.
• Develop customized recommendations and implementation plans.
• Act as subject-matter expert in educational practice, leadership, or systems improvement.
• Design professional learning resources and consulting deliverables.
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and leadership retreats.
• Analyze implementation data and stakeholder feedback to guide recommendations.
• Build relationships with district leaders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution.
• Contribute expertise to new EdConnective service offerings.
