Ladders is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy of a scalable enterprise platform powering integrations, ecosystem growth, and core access capabilities. You will work with engineering and cross-functional partners to shape platform experiences and position the platform as a strategic market advantage.

The role is remote for US-based candidates, delivering high-impact tooling and authentication/data-access foundations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, focused on platforms, integrations, or ecosystems.
• Experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data synchronization, and authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish the MCP and AI ecosystem vision and strategy.
• Deliver tools and connectors that enhance the platform's integration capabilities.
• Drive the product direction for foundational platform elements like authentication and data access.
• Collaborate with engineering to inform technical direction and product design.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new integrations with partnerships and marketing teams.
• Own and influence key results related to integration adoption and ecosystem growth.
