Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Engineering Product Manager (Remote) to own the strategy and execution for software licensing, trial provisioning, and infrastructure improvements within a complex technology environment. You will partner with engineering, security, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical dependencies into clear product direction and business impact, driving cloud and security integrations across the stack.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of product management experience in cloud services or SaaS.
• Experience managing software licensing systems at scale.
• Proficiency in cloud architectures and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Information Security software and SIEM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for software licensing and trial provisioning.
• Drive hybrid technologies to integrate security solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies.
• Author PRDs and concept papers for infrastructure changes.
• Facilitate integration of security offerings with cloud and AI solutions.
