Ladders is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the strategy and execution for AI-enabled integrations across customer workflows. You will partner with engineering, partnerships, and marketing to deliver scalable tools and connectors that expand data utility.

In this remote US-based role, you will translate complex platform opportunities into customer value, drive adoption and reliability, and lead ecosystem growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience focused on integrations and platforms.
• Direct experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems.
• Strong technical fluency with integration patterns and data sync.
• Track record of shipping scalable integrations and partnerships.
• Proven ability to turn platforms into competitive advantages.
• Clear communication for aligning teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the ecosystem strategy for AI-enabled integrations and define what it means for the company and its customers
• Deliver new tools and third-party connectors that improve data utility
