Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years specifically in the email domain.
• Expertise in shaping communication product strategies with proven outcomes.
• Ability to translate customer needs into impactful product decisions.
• Strong understanding of B2B operations, sales cycles, and organizational dynamics.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services; knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Experience with APIs or platform products, focusing on reliability and developer usability.
• Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on email and partner integrations, resolving complex product issues.
• Analyze financial and engineering contexts to assess the business impact of product improvements.
• Develop and manage a multi-year product roadmap from concept to launch and beyond.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on opportunity size and timing.
• Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of commitments.
• Lead product requirements and launch planning, especially for transitioning customers to modernized products.
• Document ideas and research efficiently to support a remote-first work environment.
