Ladders is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the strategy and execution for AI-enabled integrations across customer workflows. You will partner with engineering, partnerships, and marketing to deliver scalable tools and connectors that expand data utility.

In this remote US-based role, you will translate complex platform opportunities into customer value, drive adoption and reliability, and lead ecosystem growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience focused on integrations and platforms.
• Direct experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems.
• Strong technical fluency with integration patterns and data sync.
• Track record of shipping scalable integrations and partnerships.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the strategy and execution for integrations and ecosystem capabilities that expand how customers connect data across their workflows. You will partner closely with engineering, partnerships, and marketing to bring scalable technical solutions to market. The position calls for someone who can translate complex platform opportunities into customer value while driving adoption, reliability, and long-term ecosystem growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $179,000 – $220,000 annually
