Ladders is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Listening, to shape the integrations strategy across a multi-product SaaS portfolio. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, and Partnerships to prioritize investments, bring new self-service integration capabilities from concept to scale, and build cohesive outcomes across distributed teams.

The role emphasizes strong business case development, securing permissioning and security requirements, and driving scalable platform

Qualificações

• 10+ years of product management experience in ecosystem or integration roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven success leading multi-product portfolio initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering and GTM leaders to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Experience partnering with distributed engineering teams across time zones.
• Strong communication skills and proactive decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end integrations strategy, including pricing and distribution strategy.
• Partner with Engineering to sequence integration investments.
• Define and execute platform-based integration strategies for customer self-integration.
• Drive the integration lifecycle from alpha to GA and post-launch scaling.
• Manage permissioning, security, and licensing model decisions for integrations.
• Build the business case and prioritization framework for new integration opportunities.
• Facilitate alignment across GTM, Partnerships, and Engineering for commercially viable integrations.
