Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a Platform Engineer for the RMN Platform Operations team, supporting the Retail Media Network infrastructure from a US-based remote location. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in platform engineering, software engineering, technical operations, or production support.
• 5+ years managing production incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis.
• 2+ years working with integrated platforms, APIs, SaaS applications, and enterprise workflows.
• 2+ years using enterprise ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• 2+ years supporting service operations, including SLA and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of RMN platforms and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, API, and data-related issues.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing Operations, and vendors to resolve production incidents.
• Support releases, testing, operational readiness, and post-launch activities.
• Monitor platform health and identify opportunities to improve reliability.
• Create documentation, runbooks, and automation to reduce recurring issues.
