• 2+ years working with integrated platforms, APIs, SaaS applications, and enterprise workflows.
• 2+ years using enterprise ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• 2+ years supporting service operations, including SLA and KPI management.

Platform Engineer – RMN Platform Operations

As a Platform Engineer on our Retail Media Network (RMN) Platform Operations team, you will help keep the systems behind our advertising business running smoothly and reliably. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, support platform integrations, and collaborate across teams to improve the tools and processes that power campaign execution, reporting, and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of RMN platforms and integrations.


• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, API, and data-related issues.


• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing Operations, and vendors to resolve production incidents.


• Support releases, testing, operational readiness, and post-launch activities.

Basic Qualifications
