Job summary

Multi Media, LLC is seeking a remote Site Reliability Engineer to elevate our infrastructure resilience and optimize system performance. We hire across levels, from intermediate to staff engineers who can lead reliability strategy across teams and systems.

You will analyze performance, improve scalability, and develop automation for our cloud‑based platform. Expect on‑call duties and collaboration with multiple engineering teams across a globally distributed system.

Qualifications

• STEM degree or equivalent experience in SRE/DevOps or SWE.
• Proficiency in Python or Golang; other languages accepted.
• Experience running Web applications at scale and knowledge of web frameworks.
• Linux administration, Bash, and Linux internals.
• Strong networking for metal and cloud environments (VPC, SGs).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Willingness for on-call rotation and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance using telemetry to identify instability sources.
• Improve scalability, reliability, and performance via software patches.
• Develop automation to streamline the DevOps pipeline.
• Design and manage infrastructure in data centers and cloud environments.
• Conduct predictive failure analysis and disaster planning.
• Manage databases and key-value stores for uptime and performance.
• Participate in incident response and postmortems.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams.
