Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a Platform Engineer to help keep the RMN Platform Operations running smoothly. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, technical operations, production
• 5+ years of experience managing production incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis
• 2+ years of experience working with integrated platforms, APIs, Saas applications, and enterprise
• 2+ years of experience utilizing enterprise ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
• 2+ years of experience supporting service operations, including SLA and KPI management
