Job summary

Bestow Inc. is seeking a Platform Engineer II to automate cloud resources, build developer tooling, and improve product manageability while collaborating with product engineering teams.

You will automate cloud infrastructure with Terraform, manage Kubernetes and PostgreSQL, and strengthen observability and reliability.

This role is fully remote in the United States and includes on-call rotations to maintain system resilience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and IaC tooling to automate resources.
• Experience building and operating scalable platforms with observability.
• Strong scripting in Python or Bash for automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and container tech (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and manage Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with product engineers to improve observability and reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and perform blameless root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to developer tooling to enhance experience and performance.
