Job summary

STChealth, a Harris family company, seeks a Platform & Delivery Architect to build a secure, self-service deployment platform. You will own the Golden Path, automate gates, and enable teams to ship compliant code safely at scale across cloud environments.

You will bridge modern pipelines with production systems, enforce SOC 2/HIPAA readiness, and drive architectural excellence with autonomy. 100% remote, US-based.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE with enterprise CI/CD experience.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) proficiency, including networking, security, and Helm lifecycles.
• Hands-on GitOps with ArgoCD/Flux and automated canary deployments.
• Coding experience in C#/.NET, Node.js, Python for internal tooling and automation.
• Experience building self-hosted AI infrastructure, AI gateways, and multi-agent workflows.
• Knowledge of VM-based delivery (Packer, EC2 Launch Templates, Cloud-Init) and IaC (Terraform/Pulumi).
• Experience integrating security gates into deployment pipelines (Trivy, Snyk, SonarQube, Inspector).
• Familiarity with telemetry, logging, tracing (OTel), Grafana, Datadog.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain universal CI/CD pipelines with centralized templates (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
• Build a modular release engine with universal scanning and downstream targeting.
• Implement GitOps with ArgoCD for progressive rollouts to AWS EKS.
• Develop automated VM pipelines and blue/green updates for production systems.
• Enforce automated security gates and compliance artifacts for audits (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA).
• Design self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic orchestration environments.
• Enforce ORRs as code with telemetry scaffolding and PHI/PII redaction checks.
