Job summary

Mondo is seeking a Platform Administrator to own day-to-day administration of Sage Intacct and Procore, ensuring secure, reliable configuration and strong audit controls. You will manage users, permissions, roles, and reporting while driving continuous improvement across Finance, Accounting, and Delivery teams.

In this remote role, you will triage the support queue, implement change control, and partner with vendor support to optimize integrations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years administering enterprise platforms, including Sage Intacct administration at the app admin level
• Proven ability to learn a new enterprise platform to admin level within 6 months
• Experience running a support queue with SLA targets and triage

Responsibilities

• Own Sage Intacct administration: users, roles, permissions, dimensions, custom fields, approvals and audit controls
• Build Sage Intacct reports and dashboards for budgets and variance analysis
• Manage Procore configuration and change requests, templates, and workflows
• Own the platform ticket queue: triage, prioritize, resolve and close requests per targets
• Diagnose root causes and translate into config changes or training
• Enforce change control for configuration changes
• Monitor Procore-Sage Intacct integration, handle sync errors and period-close exceptions
• Maintain system docs, runbooks, and user onboarding
