Job summary

Mondo is seeking a Platform Administrator to own daily administration, support, and improvement of Procore and Sage Intacct. You will ensure security, reliability, and responsiveness to project delivery and financial operations needs.

You will manage user provisioning, roles, and configuration standards while triaging platform tickets and maintaining integrations. Collaboration with Finance and project teams is essential to translate requirements into effective configurations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in enterprise platform administration with Sage Intacct expertise.
• Ability to become administrator on a new enterprise platform within 6 months.
• Strong user/role management, approvals, change control, and reporting.
• Experience managing a platform support queue and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of project financials: budgets, change orders, cost codes, and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Own user provisioning and access controls across Procore and Sage Intacct.
• Run the platform ticket queue, triage, prioritize, and resolve issues.
• Manage the Procore to Sage Intacct integration, monitor, reconcile, and resolve sync failures.

• Address audit-identified material weaknesses in Sage Intacct and build out reporting/variance analysis.
• Enforce change control with ticketing, testing, approval, and documentation.

Compensation Range: $40-49/hr W2

Job Description: The client is seeking a Platform Administrator to own the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of two core business platforms, Procore and Sage Intacct, ensuring both systems remain secure, reliable, and responsive to project delivery and financial operations needs.

Job Summary

• Own user provisioning and deprovisioning, roles, permission templates, and configuration standards across Procore and Sage Intacct
• Run the platform ticket queue, triaging, prioritizing, and resolving issues against published service level targets
• Manage the Procore to Sage Intacct integration, including monitoring, error handling, reconciliation, and resolution of sync failures
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and light automation using native platform tools such as smart rules, workflows, and scheduled jobs
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and project delivery stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical platform configuration
• Take over Sage Intacct administration to address audit-identified material weakness and build out reporting and variance analysis for business stakeholders
• Enforce documented change control on both platforms, ensuring every configuration change is ticketed, tested, approved, and recorded

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on enterprise platform administration experience, including deep ownership of Sage Intacct at the application administrator level
• Demonstrated ability to reach administrator-level competency on a new enterprise platform within 6 months
• Strong command of user and role management, permission models, approval workflows, configuration change control, and report writing
• Proven experience managing a support queue, including triage, prioritization, service level management, and root cause resolution
• Working knowledge of project financials, including budgets, commitments, change orders, cost codes, and job costing
• Ability to translate business requirements into platform configuration and exercise judgment to redirect process-driven requests away from system changes

Preferred Qualifications

• Procore Company Admin level experience or ownership of a Procore-to-ERP integration, including reconciliation and exception handling
• Sage Intacct Administrator certification or Procore Certified Administrator credential
• Experience with Sage Intacct multi-entity structures, dimension design, and Platform Services
• Background in construction, real estate development, renewable energy, or another project-based industry
• Familiarity with Salesforce as an upstream system of record
• Experience supporting month-end close from a systems perspective
