Job summary

Pueblo Mechanical & Controls is seeking a Systems Analyst to own and optimize the Horizons technology stack, including Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct. You’ll translate business needs into configurations, integrations, and reports while ensuring data quality and system health across operations and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience producing business requirements, functional designs, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Procore OR BuildOps.
• Strong understanding of financial system integrations and operational data flows.
• Proven ability to analyze data issues and translate findings into corrective actions.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day system behavior for Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct.
• Configure workflows, forms, custom fields, approval processes, and financial mappings.
• Administer users, roles, permissions, and security models across platforms.
• Partner with IT to manage APIs, middleware, and data flows.
• Lead data readiness, migration, validation, and reconciliation efforts.
