Align46 is seeking a hands-on Procore SystemsAnalyst to support, optimize, and continuously improve the connection between our data center construction project management platform (Procore) and our cloud-based accounting system (Sage Intacct).

This role bridges operations, finance, and technology, ensuring both platforms work in sync to deliver accurate data, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on Procore and Sage Intacct system administration in operations or PM.
• Background in accounting, finance, or operational leadership (CPA/CMA a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction accounting concepts (job costing, WIP, commitments, retainage).
• Proficiency with Excel, data reconciliation, and system-driven reporting.
• Strong communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary operational owner and SME of Procore–Sage Intacct integration and system administration.
• Partner with PM, accounting, and leadership to align system processes with goals.
• Oversee full lifecycle of integration projects from requirements to launch, maintenance and improvement.
