Lumenalta is a modern professional services firm delivering data-driven, AI-powered solutions. We seek a Solutions Marketing Manager to turn our offerings into compelling stories, plays and tools for sellers, driving messaging, materials, and proof points across industries and use cases.

You'll work with marketing leadership, sales, partnerships, delivery and design to enable account-based marketing and launch new accelerators.

Qualifications

5+ years in product, solutions or partner marketing, ideally in B2B technology services or consulting.
Track record of launching offerings and building sales enablement programs used by sellers.
Strong writing and storytelling, from executive narratives to concise sales materials.
Experience working across sales, delivery and partnership teams with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Package solutions and accelerators by industry and use case with positioning and proof points.
Plan and run go-to-market launches for new accelerators and offerings with Partnerships.
Build industry plays, target buyers, pain points and supporting content.
Roll out brand narrative and messaging to sales with pitch narratives and training.
Own sales deck standards and governance with design to ensure on-brand materials.
Build and maintain the sales content library: decks, one-pagers, briefs and proof points.
Turn win/loss insights into messaging updates.
Turn delivery and partnerships inputs into case studies and use cases.
