Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in proposals or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.
• Experience in a large professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of pitches, proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and other client-facing materials from intake to submission.
• Partner with practice leaders, lawyers, and client growth teams to drive pursuit strategy.
• Coordinate timelines, contributors, and content development; ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
