Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with proposals and reading RFPs.
• Strong organization and deadline-driven work habits.
• High initiative with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development from capture to award.
• Collaborate with Client Growth team to develop timely, high-quality proposals.
• Create qualifications packages with practice group descriptions and experience.
• Assist with RFP, RFQ, award submittals and responses.
• Draft proposal content (intro, overview, project approach, cover letters).
• Edit and proofread qualification statements and pitch materials.
• Maintain brand identity through document templates and coordinate design with graphics team.
