Job summary

K&L Gates is seeking a Pitches & Proposals Coordinator in Chicago to develop timely, high-quality proposals. You will work with the Client Growth team, ensure content aligns with firm standards, and guide production of final drafts.

This role requires self-starting initiative, confidentiality, and superior client service. Responsibilities include drafting content, managing proposals from capture to award, coordinating with graphics and the COE, and ensuring materials are properly stored in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience reading RFPs and developing proposals.
• Strong organization and teamwork in deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent grammar, proofreading, and document formatting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development from capture to award.
• Draft proposal content including introductions and cover letters.
• Coordinate the design process with the graphics team.
• Ensure documents meet firm standards and are secure and properly filed.
• Track pitch and proposal outcomes and assist with EPC records.
