Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Active admission to the Arizona Bar.
5-10 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
Located in or near the State of Arizona.
Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Review and assess the merits of personal injury claims to determine value.
Represent clients in PI matters, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, including negotiations with insurers.
Maintain consistent client communication, explaining processes and options.
Collaborate with medical and vocational experts to evaluate injuries and compensation.
