Advocate Health is seeking a Physician Integration Specialist to support physician and APP recruitment, interview, hiring, onboarding, and integration across markets. You will act as a site liaison, coordinating interviews, onboarding plans, and candidate logistics while partnering with recruiters and operational leaders to ensure a smooth, compliant process.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, project coordination, and cross-team collaboration to deliver a best-in-class candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, human resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in provider relations, recruitment, or health care operations.
• Experience building relationships with providers and guiding recruitment processes across teams.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and market development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site liaison during pre-interview and interview processes, guiding candidates and leaders.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth candidate experience from recruitment to onboarding.
• Develop and coordinate site visit plans, itineraries, interviews, and related logistics.
• Educate candidates and families about Advocate Health’s services, facilities, processes, and culture.
• Identify candidate needs and provide relocation and integration guidance.
• Maintain ongoing communication on candidate status, market conditions, and recruitment plans.
• Partner with leadership to assess candidate fit including cultural alignment and skill match.
• Accompany candidates on site visits and gather feedback to improve the process.
