Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Physician Recruiter to drive recruitment strategies and oversee the full cycle from workforce planning to onboarding. You will partner with hospital leadership, HR, and medical staff to source physicians and advanced practice providers, coordinating interviews and managing offers.

You will maintain candidate relationships, ensure compliance, and support credentialing handoffs. This role emphasizes collaboration, market insight, and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years recruiting experience; physician recruitment preferred.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and working with compensation/credentialing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop physician recruitment strategies and pipelines.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews with hospital/clinical leaders.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS and other systems.
• Build relationships with hospital leaders and external recruitment resources.
