Job summary

Dane Street is seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to maintain and expand our physician panel, negotiating fees within guidelines and onboarding new physicians based on client demand. The role relies on leveraging industry relationships to grow the network and support business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of physician recruitment experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of physician recruitment experience in healthcare or insurance environments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Working knowledge of federal/state healthcare compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand Dane Street's physician panel.
• Negotiate physician fees within guidelines and terms.
• Onboard new physicians based on client demand.
• Manage provider records: fee updates, W9, remittance, profiles.
• Source new panel options and research opportunities.
• Coordinate with Director of Operations to finalize fees.
• Lead contract renegotiations and handle niche requests.
• Support OSRs with timely updates and recruitment of specialists.
