Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Physician Recruiter to maintain and expand our physician panel. You will negotiate fees within guidelines, onboard physicians based on demand, and ensure OSRs are resolved promptly. Leverage relationships and industry knowledge to grow the network and support business operations.

The role is primarily remote with potential travel; ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in physician recruitment and strong negotiation skills to drive network expansion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of physician recruitment experience in healthcare or insurance settings.
• Familiarity with provider networks and healthcare operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of federal/state healthcare compliance standards.
• Excellent time management, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand client fee schedules and TAT to negotiate physician agreement terms.
• Conduct outreach for refunds or recoupments; collaborate with Finance and Legal for collections.
• Maintain physician records: fee updates, W9/remittance changes, profile instructions, doctor groups, deactivations/reactivations.
• Research and source new panel options as needed; onboard new physicians per client needs.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms per company guidelines; coordinate with Director of Operations to finalize fees.
• Lead contract renegotiations for existing physicians and handle complex client requests.
• Assist physician reviewers with technical issues or case-specific inquiries.
• Fulfill high-priority OSRs by recruiting specialists and providing updates on progress.
• Collaborate with operations to align network with business needs.
• Support other projects as assigned and stay current on industry trends and compliance.
