Qualifications

• .3–5 years of physician recruitment experience in healthcare or insurance.
• Familiarity with provider networks and healthcare operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate physician fees within guidelines and terms.
• Onboard new physicians based on client demand.
• Maintain and update physician records (fee updates, W9s, profiles).
• Coordinate with Directors to finalize fees.
• Lead contract renegotiations for existing physicians.
• Support timely completion of open service requests.
• Stay current on industry trends and compliance.
