Job summary

Banner Health is actively seeking a Physician Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator to support onboarding for physicians, providers and residents. The role involves background checks, credentialing coordination, data entry into the CRM, and handling interview logistics.

The position supports Banner Medical Group and BHN with staffing processes, collaborating with credentialing and CVO to ensure all hiring requirements are completed. This is a hybrid work arrangement with some onsite activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR or healthcare industry experience.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with recruiter and hiring authority to prepare open recruitment profiles.
• Enter applicant data and CV into the database accurately.
• Create site visit itineraries and coordinate attendance with leadership and vendors.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and contract coordination; ensure compliance.
• Manage onboarding and pre-boarding for physicians, providers and residents.
• Track progress and report on onboarding milestones to leadership.
• Provide training and guidance to facility staff on MyHR and payroll systems.
