You will partner with credentialing and HR teams to ensure compliance, run background checks, and respond to provider inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field required.
• 2–3 years HR or healthcare recruiting experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate open recruitment profiles and maintain candidate data in HR databases.
• Create site visit itineraries and manage travel expenses.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and contract coordination.
• Serve as main contact for new physicians/providers on onboarding.
• Develop reports and metrics to monitor onboarding timelines.
