Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is seeking a recruiter to maintain the physician panel, onboard new physicians, and negotiate terms within established guidelines. The role focuses on meeting monthly recruitment targets and building relationships with regional panel physicians.

The candidate will handle paperwork (CV, W9, NPDB), set fees in collaboration with Network leadership, and conduct in-person recruitment and visits to support panel growth and retention.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Physician recruitment experience in Healthcare/Insurance or equivalent transferable skill set.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and medical terminology skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physician panel, onboarding new physicians per client needs.
• Negotiate costs/contract terms within guidelines and obtain paperwork (agreement, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Foster panel growth, engagement, and retention through in-person visits.
• Recruit and manage doctors in regional markets to support IME services.
• Coordinate licensing/certifications and scheduling to maximize capacity.
• Provide scheduling support to Operations and maintain relationships with panel physicians.
