Dane Street recruits and maintains a physician panel, negotiating costs and contract terms within established guidelines. The role includes onboarding new physicians based on client needs and handling required paperwork such as agreements, CVs, W9s, and NPDB submissions.

The position emphasizes outreach, relationship-building with regional panel physicians, and proactive recruitment to meet monthly targets and support Dane Street’s clinic locations.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting physicians in a healthcare/insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes (W9, NPDB) and fee/contract terms.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain physician panel and negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians per client needs and obtain required paperwork.
• Address licensing and credentialing for panel physicians as needed.
• Coordinate with Network leadership to set fees for agreements.
• Conduct in-person recruitment visits to support panel growth and retention.
• Sourc e and fulfill open referrals for urgent network needs.
