Job summary

Honest Health is seeking a Physician Practice Partner to build strong relationships with clinical partners and guide practices in achieving value-based care outcomes. The role requires extensive travel to local provider sites and a remote work setup, with a focus on data-driven performance improvements.

You will work with PCPs, specialists, and health systems, providing guidance, onboarding, and performance coaching to meet quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in a healthcare environment; engaging PCPs, specialists, and health systems.
• Master’s degree in related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations and medical office management.
• Experience with value-based care models is preferred.
• Comfortable working remotely with up to 70% travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clinical partners across networks.
• Outreach to practices using in-person, electronic, and telephonic methods.
• Onboard practices to Honest services and drive program adoption.
• Educate practices on value-based care opportunities and cost efficiencies.
• Achieve key performance metrics for utilization, costs, and quality.
• Use data to develop performance strategies for value-based care.
• Provide reports and updates to the Director of Market Operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and improvements.
