Honest Health in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Physician Practice Partner to strengthen partnerships with physicians and practice managers in value-based care programs. The role is remote but requires residency near Albuquerque and up to 70% travel to practices, with scorecards and guidance on performance.

Responsibilities include improving performance metrics, operational guidance, data interpretation, and alignment with Honest's quadruple aim: quality, cost, patient satisfaction, and provider

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in a healthcare environment engaging PCPs, specialists, and health systems.
• Strong knowledge of value-based care metrics, coding, quality and billing.
• Ability to travel up to 70% and work remotely.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with clinical partners, PCPs, practice managers and stakeholders.
• Onboard practices to Honest services and operationalize programs.
• Educate practices on value-based care opportunities and cost efficiencies.
• Be accountable for KPIs in utilization, cost, documentation, and quality.
• Provide data-driven reports and guidance to improve performance.
