Job summary

Imagen Technologies is seeking a Licensing Specialist to manage licensure applications for physicians joining our remote-first teleradiology practice. You will coordinate with the Credentialing and Licensing Team and State Boards to maintain licensing records, submit required documents, and ensure compliance across multiple states.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations, you will track licenses and expenses, ensure new hires complete applications by their start date, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with physician license applications in multiple states.
• Established relationships with state boards and the IMLC.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end and track licensing expenses.
• Ensure licensure applications are completed by new physicians' start dates.
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and compliance across assigned states.
• Coordinate with third-party licensing vendor to ensure timely licensing.
• Support physicians with licensure applications and follow-up documents.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to support onboarding and ongoing communications.
