Job summary

Imagen Technologies is seeking a Licensing Specialist to manage physician licensure applications across multiple states. You will ensure compliance, coordinate with boards and a licensing vendor, and support physicians through the licensure process.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations, you will enable a smooth onboarding experience and effective communication with physicians and Imagen teams across states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with physician license applications across multiple states (IMLC and State Boards).
• Established contacts with state boards and the IMLC.
• Clear and professional communication to providers and stakeholders.
• High level of organization, time management and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end for new physicians joining the practice.
• Initiate, track, and communicate licensing activities and expenses timely.
• Ensure licensure applications are completed and in place by start date.
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and compliance across assigned states.
• Coordinate with third-party licensing vendor for timely processing.
• Support physicians with licensure applications and follow-up documents as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding.
