Job summary

Imagen Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Specialist to manage physician licensure applications for our rapidly growing teleradiology practice. You will work with our Credentialing and Licensing Team to maintain sensitive physician information, submit documents, and liaise with State Boards to ensure compliance and a smooth onboarding.

This remote-first role reports to the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations and requires strong communication with physicians and Imagen teams to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Physician license applications; multi-state experience required.
• Previous contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC.
• Excellent communication and customer service; clearly articulates next steps.
• Close attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end for physicians.
• Initiate, track, and communicate all licensing activities and expenses.
• Ensure licenses updated and in place by start dates.
• Coordinate with third-party licensing vendors to ensure timely licensure.
• Support physicians with state board licensure applications and follow-ups.
• Provide visibility to clinical ops priorities across teams.
