Job summary

Imagen Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Specialist to manage physician licensure applications across multiple states. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations and collaborates with the Credentialing and Licensing Team to ensure compliance and a smooth onboarding experience for new physicians.

The position requires 2+ years of licensing experience, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Physician license applications; multi-state experience required (IMLC and State Boards)
• Strong communication and customer service skills; clearly articulating next steps to providers and stakeholders
• Close attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience working with state boards and licensing vendors is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end, including initiation, tracking and communication of licensing activities and expenses
• Ensure new Imagen specialists have licenses and necessary applications in place by their planned start date
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and compliance for current Imagen specialists across assigned customers and states
• Coordinate with physicians and Imagen teams on licensing progress and expected timelines
• Collaborate with third-party licensing vendors to ensure timely licensure for all specialists
• Assist specialists with board licensure applications and follow-up documents
• Support onboarding and communication across Clinical Operations priorities with stakeholders
