Job summary

Imagen Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Specialist to manage physician licensure applications for new clinicians joining our teleradiology practice. You will work with the Credentialing and Licensing Team to collect documents, submit state license applications, and coordinate with State Boards to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations, you will handle multi-state licensure, liaise with a third‑party licensing vendor, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with physician license applications.
• Multi-state licensure experience (IMLC and State Boards).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end and track expenses.
• Ensure licensure applications are completed for new physicians by their start date.
• Maintain current licenses and compliance across assigned states.
• Communicate with physicians and Imagen teams regarding licensing steps.
• Collaborate with a third-party licensing vendor to ensure timely licensure.
• Assist specialists with licensure applications and follow-up documents.
• Partner with clinical teams to support onboarding and ongoing communication.
