Qualifications

• Knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology, disease pathology and medical terminology.
• Accurate translation of diagnostic text to ICD-10-CM/CPT/HCPCS codes.
• Ability to navigate EMR and documentation for coding and billing.

Responsibilities

• Calculate E/M levels following AMA guidelines.
