Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in clinical documentation, E/M coding, CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS coding, and outpatient procedural coding; CPC or CCS-P is required. Remote work is offered for specified states with strict adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Clinical Documentation experience required.
• 1–2 years of Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding experience required.
• 1–2 years of physician coding experience including CPT, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS required.
• 1–2 years of outpatient procedural coding experience required.
• 1–2 years of minor outpatient and office procedure coding experience required.
• Remote work eligible in listed states; CPC/CCS-P certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.
• Perform E/M coding across applicable places of service.
• Code minor office procedures and outpatient testing.
• Ensure coding accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Review records to support code assignment and billing.
• Identify and resolve coding discrepancies per procedures.
