Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inbound call center experience.
• Healthcare, insurance, PBM, pharmacy, medical office, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, members with prior authorization.
• Maintain complete and timely documentation of reviews.
• Escalate questions to pharmacist team.
• Assist with outbound calls and processing Prior Auths via fax/ePA.
• Support with department mailboxes and other duties.
