Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Pharmacy Technicians (Prior Authorizations-Call Center) to join our remote team. The role handles inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members, guiding them through prior authorization processes with accuracy and courtesy.

You will document reviews, escalate as needed to pharmacists, and support outbound calls, fax/ePA processing, and department inquiries while adhering to standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• High-Volume Healthcare Call Center Experience
• Minimum 1 year of inbound call center experience
• Healthcare, insurance, PBM, pharmacy, medical office, or similar environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Pharmacy Technician experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, members with prior authorization guidance.
• Document reviews accurately and transfer questions to the pharmacists.
• Handle outbound calls, process Prior Auths, monitor inquiries and assist leadership.
