Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking Pharmacy Technicians (Prior Authorizations-Call Center) to join our team remotely. The Tech I handles in-bound calls, documents reviews, and escalates to pharmacists as required. Training is provided, with hours Mon-Fri 11a-11p CST and approx.

5 weeks of initial training, 8AM-4:30PM CST. Ideal candidates have high-volume call center experience, pharmacy technician knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inbound call center experience.
• Healthcare, insurance, PBM, pharmacy, medical office, or similar environment preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Take in-bound calls from providers, pharmacies and members with prior authorization processes.
• Maintain complete, timely, accurate documentation of reviews.
• Escalate clinical questions to the pharmacist team as needed.
• Assist with outbound calls, reviewing Prior Auths via fax and ePA, and mailbox inquiries.
