NTT DATA Services is seeking Pharmacy Technicians/CSR for a remote 1-year contract opportunity. Training is 6 weeks, M-F CST. Two shift options: 11a-11p or 8a-4:30p CST, with pay at $20/hour.

Responsibilities include inbound Prior Authorization support, documentation, and escalation to pharmacists. Additional duties may include outbound calls and processing Prior Auths. The role requires 2+ years in healthcare/PA call centers, pharmacy terminology experience, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume healthcare or PBM/Prior Authorization call center
• 2+ years with medical terminology and coding
• 2+ years using MS Office daily
• 1+ year as a pharmacy technician coordinating admin tasks

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound Prior Authorization calls from providers, pharmacies and members with professional, courteous service
• Document reviews completely, timely and accurately
• Escalate clinical questions and judgement calls to the pharmacist team
• Assist with outbound calls, reviewing/faxing Prior Auths and ePA, and address department inquiries
