Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking Pharmacy Technicians (Prior Authorizations-Call Center) to join our team remotely. The Tech I handles inbound calls, documents reviews, and coordinates with pharmacists to resolve prior authorization questions.

Requirements include high-volume healthcare call center experience, 1 year inbound call center experience, and Pharmacy Technician background preferred. Training occurs for approx 5 weeks CST; role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of inbound call center experience.
• Healthcare, insurance, PBM, pharmacy, or medical office environment preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members with prior authorization.
• Maintain complete, timely documentation of reviews and escalate to pharmacist team.
• Assist with outbound calls, review Prior Auths via fax/ePA, monitor inquiries, and follow leadership guidance.
