Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician for a full-time remote role. You will support dispensing, data entry, and patient communication while maintaining accurate profiles and care plans. The position requires an active NJ license within 6 months and at least 1 year of pharmacy tech experience; CPhT preferred.

Expect adherence to HIPAA and quality standards across all sites. Responsibilities include handling calls, triaging requests, and ensuring compliant, efficient operations,

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Active license in the state residing and must obtain NJ license within 6 months of hire.
• CPhT preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter minor edits to record dispensing quantity and NDC.
• Use pharmacy software to check and record prescription data.
• Triages incoming calls/messages to answer questions and fulfill requests.
• Establishes and maintains patient profiles and care plans in the system.
• Ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality of operations with technician expertise.
• Support quality initiatives and report QA issues.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and security guidelines in all tasks.
