Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist Technician (CPhT) with current credentials.
• Minimum 3 years in retail or professional pharmacy with claims knowledge.
• Call center experience required.
• Provide CPhT license number.
• Internet speed test 100 Mbps download required.
• Private designated workspace required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members, providers, and pharmacies across channels.
• Resolve inquiries on mail order, benefits, formulary, costs, PA criteria, and claims.
• Support clinical pharmacists with patient/provider outreach and scheduling.
• Own issues from first contact to resolution; document interactions for continuity.
• Use AI tools to research inquiries and support additional projects.
