Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Member Care Advocate for a fully remote role. You will handle in-house and client/member communications, respond to inquiries, and assist with navigating prescription benefits. The position emphasizes amazing care, proactive communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must reside in the Mountain time zone. Pharmacy Technician experience is highly preferred to navigate clinical and claims complexities

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience is strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or pharmacy setting, is required.
• Familiarity with prescription claims processing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of daily inbound and outbound phone calls and emails from members, clients, pharmacies, and physician offices.
• Troubleshoot claim processing problems in the claims adjudication system while maintaining a helpful phone presence.
• Respond promptly to website inquiries and become proficient in the claims adjudication process.
• Communicate recurring problems to the manager for resolution.
• Provide administrative support to Member Care leadership, Client Success, and Executive teams.
